We primarily use high-quality goatskin, cowhide, and buffalo leather. Our 'Gusti Leather nature' line is tanned using traditional herbal methods, while our 'Gusti Leather studio' line offers extra stability through chemical tanning.
How should I care for my Gusti Leather bag?
To keep your leather supple and durable, we recommend using beeswax-based leather balm or care sprays. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to maintain the natural patina.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days within Europe, and 7 to 14 days for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return my item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can return any unused item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging. Note that personalized or engraved items are excluded from our standard return policy.
Why does my new leather product have a specific smell?
Since our 'nature' products are vegetable-tanned, they may have a strong natural scent initially. This is a sign of authenticity and will fade within a few weeks of regular use and airing out.
