At Gusti Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade leather companion. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is well-protected for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package at any authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
